I have a user form with many text boxes to fill in specific information for each one. I want to be able to mouse over each text box, so I can provide instructions on what goes in each text box. I want to pull the instruction text from worksheet cells based on the userform text box being hovered over.

If you list/export the textbox names into column A, then add your text to column B.

If you dont want to use vba, you can also use data validation (select the cell(s) and go to data>data validation and fill the input message) - fyi
