Copy Excel Sheet with Formatting and Past to Outlook

I am not sure how to get this code to fully work. I found it online but I cannot seem to make it copy.

What I am trying to do is copy the contents of the sheet with formatting and then email it out. I DO not want to attach it as a document rather than copy and paste into an email object.

Can someone kindly take a look and help?
