Option to purge / remove the unused items

Hello

I need to know is there any option in Excel VBA to identify or to remove (i.e., purge) the unused items in VBA Codes.

For Example in the below code

we are declared `Lastrow' but not called / used anywhere.

Need to know is there any option to find or identify or to remove the entities like unused `Lastrow'.

Any suggestions invited.
