VBA Codes to do Summary based on conditions

Hi All

i have posted in formulas previously and closed the thread because i can found the answer
but it takes sometimes to do

maybe if someone can help me in VBA that would be good

so i have the schedule to deliver to multiple areas ... each areas having different lead time
so i want to calculate based on ETA perspectives when the goods will be arrived and summarize in ETA weekly basis
but LT only for workdays

example
if i deliver the goods on 2 November 2022 for area which having lead time 3 days, so ETA will be 7 November
and so on..

i make it simple than previous ...
