VBA Copy from excel to Outlook - Conditional Cell Formatting not consistent

I have a daily report out spreadsheet which is filled out and a macro then copies and sends to a list of individuals saved in the script. Everything is working as it should expected for cells which are conditionally formatted based on their values. This is part of the importance to this spreadsheet to allow the individuals who receive this daily notice that they may have action items. I have tired a few different xlPaste options but have not found a solution.

Which cells are not formatting as expected? The ones I tried all worked fine.

On the far column for notes there are drop down selections that’s conditionally format the entire row. When they are formatted and the script copies to outlook it looses those colors. I believe in the one attached I have selected “material” and the row should be a purple pink color. If you notice that color will be gone once pasted to outlook

The fact that you are only copying From column B is throwing the conditional formatting out on your temporary WB.

The other way to achieve the same result would be to use a relative reference in your CF in row 12 (H12 in each column instead of $H12).
Then copy those cells with CF in row 12 and pastespecial formats down to row 44.
The CF in your temporary WB would then be adjusted to check for the correct column.
