Anyone know the vba code for a 1/4 em space character

I’m trying to write a code that will displace text with expanded spacing.

It seems excel doesn?t support expanded spacing but I think I can add a 1/4 em space between characters to achieve the same effect. I just don?t know what the code is or if it exists. Any help would be appreciated.
