Need help with the VBA "Automated FORM Builder".

I need some help with one of ?Excel For Freelancers? spreadsheets.
Let me explain what I did. Maybe someone can tell me what I am doing wrong.

I opened a copy of Randy's AUTOMATED FORM BUILDER,
I deleted his spreadsheets called:"Customers_Form, "Customers", "Employees_Form" and "Employees".
I copied and pasted my spreadsheet into your FORM BUILDER
Next I ran the CREATE FORM option that Randy added to the right-click function using the data in my spreadsheet called "Bogus_Data.
Then I went to the NEW FORM that was created. And 'glory-be' there are my fields waiting to be positioned on the form.
    ALL GOOD, SO FAR !

HERE is where it all goes downhill.
I have the "SEARCH BY" field on the left. If I choose "ECN" and enter something like "4062001" I get nothing back. Nothing in the "RESULTS" field, nothing anywhere.
I should get all matching results in the "RESULTS" box. Then double click on the one result I'm interested in. The form would then populate the form wih the data for that record.
I would have expected the data from the spreadsheet to populate the fields on the form. BUT NO...it just sits there blank.
SO WHAT DID I DO WRONG??
    ANY help would be appreciated.
Here are a links to the files (the original and mine) They are not big, (about 147K)
You should download them and open them in EXCEL. It is a macro-enabled spreadsheet.
I can't post links in this forum, yet. But if you are interested in helping, send me an email and I will send you the links.

Better chance asking directly to Randy rather than this guessing challenge …

    Hi Jaycss,

it would be good if there's a sample attached in your post for us to work with. Base on what you mention, you might need to look into the codes to see where those search ranges codes are. It could be link to certain form from the form builder which you've deleted or it could be reference to different sheet names from yours actual sheet.
