Macro to Clear Data on Sevral Sheet

I have written code to clear fdata on sheets "SH" & "SM"

Where there is data i row 2 onwards, macro works perfectly


However, when there is no data, the headers are cleared in row1


It would be appreciated if someone couldkindly amend my code
