"Not enough memory" issues

Hi,

I have a workbook with 8 active worksheets containing large data.

There are 4 active working sheets and other 4 static. Among them, two especially have data almost to the excel permissible row limit.
The data in these two are fairly constant and data is imported once a month.
But the 4 working sheets have columns which have VLOOKUPs to the two static sheets.

Since the organization I work uses 32-but Excel edition, I face Memory not enough issues occasionally.

Is there a way to split this huge workbook into two, with one containing the 4 active working sheets and another one with the almost static data?
If I do so, how do I do the VLOOKUPS between the two WBs?

Thanks for the response. In my code below, I have the two WS, WS1,TSS Fails and WS2, HQLA in the same WB.
If I split this and have WS2 as a new WB, how do I refer the fields on both WBs?
Do I link the two WBs?
Can you please explain?
