List all unique 5 character combinations from a single column list of 28 characters

I have a list (single column) of 28 unique numbers. I need to generate a listing of all unique 5-number combinations of those 28 numbers. Excel "COMBIN" function tells me that will be 98,280 combinations so an Excel worksheet should be able to handle the load (my Excel can go to over a million rows) . I am using Office 365, Windows 10. I have spent several hours searching for solutions, both here and on other pertinent forums, but to no avail. I have found several quasi-solutions involving combining data from multiple columns, but my data is 1 column. Any help/direction/advice will be appreciated.
