Requesting for the VBA Macro to compare values and display according to the value provided

Yes, displaying once is fine.

For better explanation i duplicated few values.
So, before running macro I'll be removing all duplicates and then will be running a macro.

Also for the above query, there is one more point that need to be added. Need to show that data in weekly basis.

For example, after entering Rule Writer name over there it should display all parameters which are "Did not meet bar" So one more button need to be added for Reporting Week. So once i click on Week number parameters should be displayed according to the weeks data.
