I have data which entered by team individual in range A:O i want find who entering data and what is timestamp in colmn P

i have code which is getting error when data copy and paste or copy fill down and evern first row i getting error if i place cursor, i want start from 2nd row

need solution for solving error

its works small issue, if i fill down values or copy/cut data paste into range,it not show Timestamp details,
