Converting Indented BOM to Flat BOM for CVS upload into Netsuite

I have a tool that was created by someone who no longer works for the company that I work for and am hoping that I can get a bit of assistance fixing it.

the input tab is a direct export format from NetSuite.

- First I export the current data from NetSuite
- Then make necessary edits to the data (edited lines are color coded, green is data that is being added and yellow is data that has been changed)
- Next I compile a family of Finished Good BOMs that have been cleaned into this tool and the intention is to flatten the BOMs into a format that can be uploaded via CSV back into NetSuite i.e. a Flat BOM
- Level 0 BOMs are "Finished Goods" the attached sheet has 5 BOMs on the input sheet

the problem, Really the only problem that I am having so far is the Qtys. that are being pulled into the Output do not match the Input. I am new to Macros and VBA so my investigation skills are not that great.
