VBA on Cell Changes and keep previous data respective to each row

Hi fellow friend,
I quite new in VBA and currently really need help from expertise in this forum.
I need consultation help on whereby I will update in B:B column (any row within same B column) but the data is only update in column C
As example, I update 26/3/2023 in B2, after click enter, then C2 will reflect the same input.
The problem triggered when I overwrite the B2 with new value in this case 27/3/2023, column C2 will reflect 27/3/2023.
My end goal is to whenever any changes made in B2 it will keep update the old data into C2,D2,E2 and etc.
If I input in B3 or B100 also the same logic applied.

I think you just needed to undo the change to get the old value.
