Hi everyone!
I am trying to access data from the internet, but it gets quite tricky. Let me explain.
The website which I want to take data from is the LAUTEC ESOX Map of meteorological wave parameters. The website consists of a large number of points with unique links (i.e., point N58.25E8.75 would have a link esox.lautec. com/map/?location=58.25/8.75). The problem comes in what happens when the user enters this website. It shows with a blue pointer the desired point.
To access the data I'm interested in, one has to click on the point and from the dropdown select "Download Metocean Data".
This automatically downloads a .zip file in which we have a .csv file with the data I'm interested in. I'd be interested in adding this data starting in cell A1 to my Excel file in a specific sheet/tab.
I hope that this is possible to implement in Excel and that someone here is willing to share their knowledge of the topic (even by saying that it's undoable!).
Thanks a lot in advance!
PS.
As a new user I'm not allowed to post links and images, so I hope that this isn't o big of a hassle for you
