Copy date and pest in a link

Hi All

I have created a macro where whatever I put in D5, gets copied and should pest at the end of the above link of F3 and it should open in a new TAB.
My requirement is whatever I entered in D5, it should get copied and pest in F3 link at last.
EX- if F3 suppose the link is https://www.excelforum.com/newthread...=newthread&f=7
now If I put 123456 in D5 the link should be changed in https://www.excelforum.com/newthread...hread&f=123456 and the link should open in a new window.
And next time if I entered 56789 in D5 then the link of F3 should change as below and it should open in a new page
https://www.excelforum.com/newthread...thread&f=56789.

Now in my current macro what is happening every time I am putting a new number the link is opens with =7 only

Please help me on this
