Excel VBA Data entry with parent-child (treestructure)

Hi,

I should create userform where I would be able to entry data in to table as groups with subdata,

Group1 (parent)
-item1(child)
-item2(child)

Group2(parent
-item1(child)
-item2(child


etc.
In the userform, there should be entrybox for group name and item names, after typing the names, the groups should be save into table.
The data should be visible in the listbox and should be manageable via the userform (delete groups, update groups)

Could you help me?
