Text disappears when running a macro

I am new to writing macros, and I'm trying to create one that automatically formats a report I have to generate weekly from the output I get from our scheduling program. When I run the macro, the formatting happens correctly, but all of the text in the boxes disappears. Do you happen to know why this would happen?
