Insert New Row

Hello,

I need a macro please.
I wanted to see if its possible to insert new row after the last entry in between row A3:A23 with a message box ?how many rows you want to insert??.

Also the rows setting to insert in between A3:A23 on the last entry height with 30.

Let say that the A3, A4, A5 and A6 had an entry and I deleted A4, A5 then I need to insert 2 new rows but it should insert from the last entry A6, so the new row should inserted after A6.

I was thinking to separate the button for inserting the new rows but I think the other scenario work perfectly.
