Copy cell value in Column A if 2 SUM <0

Hi guys, im struggling with a vba code, tried something but didnt work, so maybe someone can help me here, since im pretty new to the vba coding thing.

I need to move E2 in A2 if L7-L22<0 or L7-L33<0 . This every 45 rows after these, so E47 in A47 if L52-L67<0 or L52-L78<0. In E i have the product name, in L7 (+45 Loop) my daily stock, in L22 (+45 loop) and L33 (+45 loop) i have daily preorders and daily forecasts. I want to see The product name in column A of the same row if the difference is negative, so i can filter, remove empties and know the codes where im understock . I have something around 500 products so is gonna be long for me to eye check one by one like i was taught. If anyone can help me i'd be so happy, since i tried on my own but i failed
