Vba script issue in weird loading and crashing...

Hi guys,

i have created an marco in and changes event where if my value is more it will prompt me an error message in the worksheet however i have try and it dont prompt me any msg box can somehelp me check did i forgot something ?

The code got issue as my array keep looping non stop is there a way to improve my code where it promt my error message once instead of prompting my rolelimits ?
