Transform data from horizontal rows to vertically (for listbox on UserFrom)

    Hi All,
PFA the excel file with actual and proposed layout for result.

1st Range (A1:Y5) is actual layout where rows are by unique 'Emp ID'. More set (of 4 columns) can be added, like 'Skill 6 Status' etc.

2nd Range (A15:J23) is proposed layout for result if cells in the 1st range contains 'Pending' or 'Partial' keyword

    Query:
    1) How to transform data from horizontal rows to vertically?
    2) Is there any fast method as Skill columns in 1st range can growth till Skill 15, so more columns will be there. + the same time rows can be 1000+

FYI, output layout is needed for listbox on UserFrom.
Please let me know if anyone has any idea?

Re: Transform data from horizontal rows to vertically (for listbox on UserFrom)

    Hello. Two questions:

    - Why do you use 5 columns (F15:J23) when we see 4 columns in your data?... For example: J1:M5.

    - Why do you duplicate the information in two columns: F15:F23 is the same as G15:G23 except for the title?

Re: Transform data from horizontal rows to vertically (for listbox on UserFrom)

    in 1st Range:
    F2:I5 is a set for Skill -1
    J2:M5 is a set for Skill-2
    then so on...

    And regarding your 2nd query:
each row becomes unique (A16:G16 then B16:G16 and so on..)

This way Horizontal rows (actual) layout is required to transform into a vertical (tower) layout, and in future this vertical layout can be converted back to original/horizontal rows layout.

I am open to know if there is any better layout for this data requirement?
