Change Worksheet Data

I need to look at the header Row1, and make the default names that are there as comments, and put my own shortened versions in the code.
Then create a Table or actually sort by one of the columns can you sort by a Primary and Secondary column?
I also have a Column with distances in KM Column D. I guess I need to add a column to the right Col E, and convert to Miles, with mi at the end, and then hide the KM column Col D or maybe put the KM data in comments to prevent from having a hidden row.
