Run Time Error-1004 -No cells were found

Below is the code that I am testing gives the result as expected displaying first displays this Run Time Error 1004-No cells were found and then either clicking End/Debug,it gives the result.

This I think happens when I copy paste data from source sheet to the destination sheet where I run this code.Sometimes it gives error & sometimes not.This seems irritating when this error appears.

Great! Thanx .This works fine.

A little help further,if u r willing to support then only proceed further.

The above code is based when the data is in number or text format.It does not work when this data is arrived through formula. Can you convert this code in such as way that directly I can link the data here and do not have to copy & paste every now & then.

And a little bit speeding up as it is taking time a little bit long to process.

I can't really figure out what your code is supposed to be doing.

Can you post some sample data - preferably the initial data and then the data which your code produces?
