Excel list to word file

Hello everyone,

Yesterday my boss asked my if there is a way to do the next, he has an excel file (attached) with 74 suppliers, each supplier has 5-8 part numbers with description.

He want's to create a macro where it creates a word file with the next wording for each supplier and includes all of their part numbers in the table:

Dear <<Supplier>>,
Can you please provide the country-of-origin information for the following parts and return this information to us via email.
