I need to draw a border line across the entire row where value of G1 > G4:G76

I have a dynamic Value in G1 (keeps updating every 5 mins)

Also have dynamic values from G4 to G76 (keeps updating every 5 mins)

I need to draw a border line across the entire row where value of G1 > G4:G76 (the range)

since value in G42 is greater than G1 the border line is drawn across B42 to L42 however this border line will shift above or below based on value changes in G1

Below code borders all Rows irrespective of the Value in G1 but this is what I need.

Perhaps the following conditional formatting rule: =AND($G$1>$G4,$G$1<=$G5) applies to: B4:L76
Note that the border line is red as all rows already have a black border line below them.

Good work there, however I dont need that Black border, Just one Red Line Should Suffice.

By the way, if you don't want the black border lines select B4:L76 and then select no border from the font pane on the home tab.
