Extract property value from real estate web pages

Hallo
I would like to pull certain info from multiple webpages to 1 xls sheet. Below is my example. I would like to pull column C from different webpages. the link to the webpage is in column B. the info I need is on the attached screenshot.

would you know how to create macros or get data so that 1 xls file pulls certain data only from multiple webpages ?
