Count fill color within defined date range

On the "Stats" sheet, cell C52 I would like a formula that uses the date range defined in cells C8 and D8 on the same sheet ("Stats"), to count the cells with No fill color, on the sheet named "FLHA" within the date range from row 3 to 59.

On the "Stats" sheet, cell D52 I would like a formula that uses the date range defined in cells C8 and D8 on the same sheet ("Stats"), to Sum the cells on the sheet named "FLHA" within the date range from row 3 to 59.

Example: Date range is defined in Cell C8 and D8 on the "Stats" page as: July 13 2023 - July 19, 2023. I want to know how many cells have No Fill on the sheet title "FLHA" from N3:T59.

On the "Stats" sheet, cell E52 I would like a formula that uses the Month defined in cells C8 on the same sheet ("Stats"), to count the cells with No fill color, on the sheet named "FLHA" within the Month range Noted in Row A, from row 3 to 59.

Good Luck, way beyond my ability, Muchly Muchly appreciate if someone could make this happen, I may be able to piggy back to get the rest. I deleted a bunch of tabs to get the file size down to something upload able.

I could use only one date (The Start Date) if that makes this easier.
Search FLHA tab for Start Date. When found active cell offset down 1. Make selection from there over 7 (a week) and down to row 59. .Copy paste into a reference sheet that a formula using the Macro already written CountCellsbyColor does its thing.

I Cannot get the search portion of this excel to work. I only get the result "Beggining Date Not Found"

Where do I put this and how do I run it? I understand its a module, but I dont understand how to use it. Sorry I am not very VBA smart.

Function goes in the module, then the formula can go in cell C52 on the Stats sheet.
