Power Query is a free AddIn for Excel 2010 and 2013, and is built-in functionality from Excel 2016 onwards (where it is referred to as "Get & Transform Data").

I attached file with new version of header layout. In that case how to chage a code of Power Query and get result with following columns header:
Run Type | Day | Category | Job Name | Date | Status | Completed By

Where:
Run Type - Weekly or Daily
Day - Monday to Friday
Category - Data in column C
Job Name - Data in column B
Date - Weekday date
Status - Data in columns D, F, H, J, L
Completed By - Data in columns E, G, I, K, M

In the file data in: Column B - Job Name; Column C - Category;
