To do Task Matrix thows an error

Good Morning,

Hope you are doing well

it's been several years since I have been provided this Excel by someone and I was using it to list my To Do's.

For the last couple of months, I am getting errors while adding any task to it

Steps to use
Click Add New Task

it will pop a box

Task - Task 1
Important - Yes
Urgent - Yes
Status - To be started and finally when I hit Add Task it gives an error and the same when I double-click any task to remove. there is an error on the RIGHT function

If anyone can review and help me to fix it. Appreciate your efforts.
