Could you please help me with a code to add comma at the end of all numeric value.

Can I ask one more help? if i need to add hyphen "-" in the beginning of all numeric value, what changes i have to make in the existing code.

i.e.
SampleText-01, SampleText-2, SampleText-003, SampleText-0004
