Formula or Macro to sort and organize in sequence

Good Afternoon Everyone,

Wondering if i can get your assistance/ expertise and if possible to have a macro or formula that can sort the attached document by Nxt Rte & Time (NxtTrp)

Essentially today we have a very manual process of putting together the attached document, the first step is to sort "Nxt Rte" which organizes the platforms from smallest to biggest. And then sort those platforms in sequential order by time. from earliest to latest. The problem is, some of the NxtRte, use the same platforms...for example 40 & 47. those need to be sorted together in sequential order. Same with 16 & 18 for example


Hopefully my requests makes sense, please let me know if a possibility
