Form not able to write on another sheet than executed

Hello,

Nice to meet you all.
I have a question, i am working in Excel on making a form, the form works perfect if you are in the right tab, in this case "Blad3".
I execute the form, fill in the data and the cells will be filles.

Now the issue i cannot resolve, but where the answer would mostly be simple .

I have the command button on Blad 4, but then when i want to write the data to blad 3 he refuses...

I tried al lott, adding Sheet as reference, etc etc. Nothing seems to work..

Help is appreciated and when i will be a pro, i can help you to.
