VBA Code To Reset A Combo Box After Making A Change

I?m trying to analyze 20 years of monthly sales figure according to various arbitrary percentages. Everything worked fine until I changed a few percentages in the combo box. I went to a combo box to save space on the worksheet. Suddenly the choices in the Combo Box did not match the revised list of percentages.

I just started using Active X combo boxes and read today that combo boxes are not automatically updated when changes are made to the original combo box list. Erasing and starting over does not seem to clear anything.

My combo box is free floating above cell C12.

My combined percentages and titles are in Cells F124 to F129.

1% Profit Decline
1.5% Profit Decline
2% Profit Decline
1.5% Profit Decline
1.75% Profit Decline
2% Profit Decline

Also, I would like to have a second in related drop down box over cell E14 to analyze sales increases in Cells G124 through F130.

Could someone please provide me with some simple VBA code? I'm using Office 2021
