possible to keep row hidden when filter cleared/used?
This is my situation.
First I have my columns in the first row, and then I have row 2, 3 and 4 that I want to keep hidden when filtering, these hidden rows are very important to perform operations with other programs, that's why I want them to be hidden . Below row 4, is all my data that I extract from a database.

Meta.xlsm I have these three sheets in my excel, in each sheet there are 3 hidden rows after my main row. The problem is that when I filter the first row of any column and then turn off my filter, my hidden rows are shown. It also happens when you put "select all" in the filter. I need them to never show.
I used this Excel to extract information from a database, so sometimes it will have a different amount, depending on the database.
I don't think that what you want to do is possible. If you want to prevent the data in those rows from being changed or deleted, you could do the following:Rows 2:4 may become visible but this will prevent anyone from changing or deleting anything in rows 2:4 but still allow you to filter the data.
- Unprotect all the cells in the sheet.
Protect the cells in rows 2:4.
Apply the autofilter so that the filter arrows are visible in row 1.
Protect the worksheet.
When you protect the sheet, enter a password if desired, remove the check mark to the left of "Select locked cells", enter a check mark to the left of "Use autofilter".
