Check if Any Cells in current active worksheet are blank before save event

Hi Everyone,

I'm very new with macros and have been learning through youtube videos. I have this form that I put in excel where there should be no blanks when saving unless the save will be cancelled. The macro is working (I think) if all unlocked cells have values but it does not cancel the save if there is a missing value in one unlocked cell. Another thing to note is that there are multiple sheets (but only one can be visible at a time) and the macro should only run through the current visible and active worksheet. The macro code is below for reference. Thank you for the help in advance.
