VBA Flag/Set reminder in Outlook Email for Recipient

Hello,

I am trying to populate emails in which the flag and reminder for the recipient is set. Currently, when the email opens it has the "recipients receive: " msg up top but when going to "add reminder" the "Flag for Recipient" box isn't ticked. It does have the due date and reminder info in there, but it's just not enabled. When test sending, I'm not seeing the Flag Request at all either.

Can you see what I am missing?
