Extract data basted on specific date to a new sheet

Hi

ive attached an excel file to show an example of my larger file I use.

I have months worth of data in one table. I'm wanting to set the file up so that any data in my table on the 'detailed' sheet that has the same date as the one specified in cell J1, for data to be extracted to another sheet, and if possible remove duplicates once the data has been extracted.
