Need VBA to update today task list

Dear expert

i have time tracker in excel, i want find time tracking by entering the valid details in it,

Date update as current date
task Description should be filled
task lead should be picked from option
start and end date will pick

reset button refresh all cells in A13 till end of row and also update data into Data sheet.
