Copy/Replace Existing File From One Folder to Another Folder Using VBA Without Prompt and Show a Msgbox of the Source File of Creation Date and Time

Dear Forum,

Copy/Replace Existing File From One Folder to Another Folder Using VBA Without Prompt , I have a Source Folder and Destination Folder and a File which exists in both these folders however the updated one is in the Source Folder so need to Copy and Paste it in the Destination Folder where it already exists so needs to replace it without a prompt.

Need to Display the Message Box of the Files Creation Date and Exact Time in this format Msgbox : File Last Updated : 4-Oct-2023 13:30 PM
