How to check checkboxes for which the values are found next to an Option Button?

I would like to automatically check 2 checkboxes by clicking on an Option Button which is next to 2 values.

There is a list of 16 values with 16 checkboxes.
The Option Button, is elsewhere on the same sheet, but is next to 2 of those values.

I want that by checking that Option Button, that the code retrieves the 2 values in the list of 16, uncheck those all and check the only 2 that are next to the Option Button.
