Invalid Number of Arguments Error 1004, If statement checks if userform values match colum

Hi everyone,

New to VBA here. I have an IF statement in my userform that checks whether certain inputted values match values that already exist on a sheet. This used to work but for some reason it is giving the error listed in the title.

I can provide more code if needed but is there a formatting/syntax error that would cause this? I also checked to see if these column names exist in the sheet and they do.
