Do not dump a homework question here and ask us to just do it for you.

Do some work on this based on what you are learning in the class, set up the problem in an Excel file, and then come back if you have a specific question about a sticking point.

This has nothing to do with what you imagine my personal frustrations to be. The wording of your question sounds like an exercise, as it uses nice round numbers and is an imperative statement. "Write a linear program in excel" is not normally how our members ask a question.

Your question lays out a scenario and asks us to develop and entire solution for you from scratch. As you can see from a lack of responses for 24 hours, few people are willing to do that.

Even if this is not homework, you will draw more interest to your question and get better responses if you show that you have attempted to solve this, show what work you have done, and provide an Excel file with desired results.

Hopefully you will take this guidance in the spirit it is offered to get the best chance for help. I would be very happy to help you myself by translating an algorithm to Excel.
