duplicate multiple templates based on value on master sheet

Hi All,

Currently I have a "master" and "template1" sheets code below, in the master I have the sheets names on column C

so if i press the button, it will create new sheets duplicate the template 1 and using the sheets names on "master" column C

question is : now i want to add another template, say "template 2"

the duplicate of template 1 and template 2 based on "master" sheet column D where the value is 5 or 10

if the value is 5 then duplicate template 1, if value is 10 then duplicate template 2

both templates sheets name will be using "master" column C
