Copy from cells based on string to same worksheet below string

Hello,

I have to break out weekly task work items from a list imported from ADO to individual team members lower in the worksheet. I have found documentation on how to copy based on a string, but nothing tha allows you to past in rows below a string (Name). Does anyone know if this is possible in VBA?
