New records from multi sheets to one sheet

When I start a recording in C8:E8 then the date and name of the windows user is entered in F8 & G8. Also in I8, the number of the registration is entered.
Now if I make a change in E8, it changes I8 and a new record is made in the same line in cell H8 the new name of the windows user (it can be the same or another user).
Also, the first record of time and user name together with the rest, I want it to be entered in the "UserNames(A)" sheet, but not only for the "DD" sheet, but I want it to apply to all green sheets and the records to be one below the other. Also copy cells A8 and C8 in the "UserNames(A)" sheet. Every time a change is made to E8, I8 is changed and entered in the "UserNames(A)" sheet. You mean that the record with the same number of cell A8 and C8 remain on the same line in the sheet "UserNames(A)".
I want the same to be true for all reds. that is, to insert into UserNames(B). I have only made the green sheets.
I am asking for your help so that I can continue with the red sheets and complete the project.

It's also not just these green and red sheets. There are many more, just to be able to make the file smaller and put it here, I have deleted them.

There is a vba code in the workbook and then a vba code in each sheet.
