Copy specific column data from each excel file from source folder to destination folder

We have 10 file in source folder, we have to copy data from specific column and paste that data in destination folder.

all the 10 file should be copied in destination folder but we have to copy only specific data.

suppose we have 5 tabs in 1 excel we have to copy data from 1 tabs and specific column ex - C column data , D column Data only and paste in destination folder. How can we achieve this using VBA code. Please help
