How to move multiple rows up to one row

Hi, I have an excel spreadsheet that has rows of data going down for the same reference number in columns D & E. Where the data in column A is the same a distinct reference number. See rows 1-6 on the attached document

But i want the results to be like rows 8 & 9 on the attached document. Moving the names for the same reference in columns D & E up to the same row going to the right

I have just over 2500 rows of data so dont fancy doing it manually. Is there a formula that can find the rows for the same reference, held in Column A and move them up to the same row?
