VB Code to condtionally find text and add Character

Hello:

Please refer to attached file.
I need VB Code to do following task.

Look for text in column D which does not have text "Merchant" or "Deposit" and have Text "CR" in column F.
Once found add text "CR in Front of the text (Column D)

In attached file, I have highlighted 2 in column D which meets this criteria.

So
D5 = CR TAP & GO, LLC SENDER
D12 = CR IRS USATAXPYMT
