Populate report from date to date or empty cells for many customers

Hello
I want to show all of customers across sheets based on two condition if the cells B2,D2 contains dates then should merge amounts for each sheet alone for each customer . in first and second sheet should merge amounts are existed in column J in last row contains SUM word when repeat the amounts for the same customer then should sum within two dates as I put in CASE1 in last sheet and if the cells B2,D2 are empty then should show all of customers as I put in case2 and insert TOTAL row to sum every column contains amount .
before bring the data should clear cells to update any new data add in others sheets .
when merging based on column C(CLIENT) in first and second sheets , as to third sheet when merge based on column B,D(the column D contains two words RRES, VVRES so will show in the headers and when merge put under them for the customer is existed in column B )
should create the headers sheets names for 1,2 sheets , as to third sheet will create headers for two words are existed in column D.
the result could be based on two condition as in last sheet but should show in REPORT sheet .

I added an "Item" column to "PP" to make the date field in a consistent column (B) BUT as far I can judge adding ITEM columns add no value or use to the data so why have them at all?.

thanks but it gives wrong result , for instance CSS10-MM100 should be 15500 whether write dates or empty cells and columns E,F doesn't show anything from PP sheet.
should merge for each sheet alone in report sheet

If I were you I would check the SUM calculations for CSS10-MM100 and data for PP is in columns E:F ........

I ADDED An extra column in "PP" which you have ignored so you will not get results for "PP"!

my mistake in VBB67-GH600 shouldn't be in SR sheet 3880 ,but the right is 8280 as your code does it , but it doesn't bring CSS10-MM103 from SVR,PP sheets when the cells B2,D2 are empty .
